It includes social media, ways to remain connected to family, ways to connect to other foster youth and people with shared experience, as well as leisure and recreational needs.

NJ211 Resources: 211 organization connects people to resources in their community
Family Success Centers (FSC) provide wrap-around resources to help individuals and families before they go into crisis at no cost. Support includes health care, life skills, housing, job readiness and parenting. These centers are supported by DCF.
