The NJYRS website has a page on Financial Literacy with information on budgeting, opening a bank account, building credit, and independent living stipend info.
Khan Academy has free online interactive classes that on how to manage your finances. They can be found on their website under Financial Literacy or by searching by topic on YouTube.
If you have a job, you may be required to file tax returns with the federal government and the state of New Jersey. You may have to pay income taxes on your wages, or you may be due a refund from taxes your employer deducted from your check!
