Wraparound emergency funding is available for young people who were in foster care at age 16 or older or in a DCF adolescent contracted housing program between the ages of 18-21 and are transitioning to independence. For Essex County call the Center for Family Services at 609-828-9133 or email wraparound@centerffs.org

Khan Academy has free online interactive classes that on how to manage your finances. They can be found on their website under Financial Literacy or by searching by topic on YouTube.
If you have an income, then you need to learn about paying income taxes, go to the IRS web page for US taxes and go to the NJ Division of Taxation web page for state taxes. You may owe taxes - or you may qualify to get a refund on taxes withheld by your employer from your paycheck!
