The NJ Youth Resource Spot website says that NJ young adults between the ages of 18-27 and are alumni of the NJ foster care system, who are affected by the gap in NJ SNAP coverage as a result of the federal government shutdown, can contact dcf_adolescentservices@dcf.nj.gov.
